At Ray Dancewear, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14-30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Sale items
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for size or color changes (subject to availability)
- If your desired item is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be issued
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for processing
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- We'll make it right as quickly as possible

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Ray Dancewear is not responsible for lost return packages
- Returns that do not meet our policy may be refused
