Returns/Exchanges

At Ray Dancewear, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14-30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Sale items

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size or color changes (subject to availability)
  • If your desired item is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be issued
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for processing 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos of the issue
  • We'll make it right as quickly as possible

Additional Notes

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Ray Dancewear is not responsible for lost return packages
  • Returns that do not meet our policy may be refused
